I have had state farm for years in delaware with no problems. I move to Goergia and change my state farm to Josh Thompson State farm and EVERY MONTH since I transfered my policy my rate has been different. a car insurance policy is supposed to be a recurring bill of the same amount. I have NEVER SEEN SUCH BS IN MY LIFE. HOW COME JOSH. CANT GET ME ONE AMOUNT FOR MY POLICY. WHY EVERY MONTH I HAVE TO GUESS WHAT MY PAYMENT IS GOING TO BEEEEE. IM SO ANGRY AS YOU CAN SEE. I went to the office after calling all day. I walked in and sat down and called while sitting there and the old guy came out the back singing"Ring Ring Ring as he ignored my call. Now I see why their wasn't an answer. Poor customer service and poor SERVICE ALL AROUND THE BOARD.

IN REPLY..I CALLED ALL DAY THEN WHEN I HAD MY SISTER CALL THE CALL WAS ANSWERED ON THE FIRST RING..SO GUESS THE OLD GUY WAS WATCHING "SOMETHING" IN THE BATHROOM. THE OLD GUY ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CONTACT MY OLD STATE FARM TO GET MY STUFF WHEN I COULDVE SENT HIM IT IN AN EMAIL. BUT THATS HOW YOU GET THAT EXTRA CHARGE SO YOU DONT TELL PEOPLE THAT. MY DRIVE SAFE AND SAVE NOT ONLY WAS SET UP ALREADY BUT THE OLD GUY TOLD ME IT WAS FINE AND TO CONTINUE USING MY BEACON I HAD SO THATS FALSE AND EVEN WITH EVERYTHING SET UP MY PAYMENTS STILL CONTINUED TO CHANGE. I HAVE NOT HAD ONE CONSISTENT PAYMENT SINCE I TRANSFERED MY POLICY. AND THE RESPONCE YOU GAVE ME ISNT WHAT I WAS TOLD. I WAS TOLD THE SYSTEM KEEPS BOOTING OUT MY INFO AND THATS WHY MY PAYMENT CHANGED AND THAT STARTING NOVEMBER IT WOULD STAY THE SAME AND ITS NOT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONCE WHICH CHANGES EVERY MONTH ...SINCE YOU NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE UNLESS MY SISTER CALLS ON THREE WAY. LIKE I SAID POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND THE BOARD STATE FARM OWNER

My policies were assigned to Josh’s location when my previous agent passed. My wife had an accident and not only did we have to fight the other persons insurance, we had to fight State Farm. Even after meeting with Josh, there was no care or concern. As an agent, I expected him to do more than send an email. State Farm was willing to accept 100% liability, until I had to go to another agent who looked at everything and said absolutely not and assisted in getting to a resolution.
