If I could give this company 0 - STAR'S, I would.
Signed a Homeowner's Insurance Policy with them and they screwed my family specifically my (wife) out of her Policy. The Agent was dishonest and falsified the answers on the application without ever discussing the questions with my wife and as a result our insurance was canceled by the carrier within days of filing a claim 9 months later. This company is more focused on commission/profit than integrity.

I just wanted to say that this company handled my issue very professionally and with amazing customer service. Austyn was extremely helpful and quick to help. She also gave me solid advice on how to process my title. 4 stars goes to the company for their professional services and the 5th star is for Austyn going out of her way to help resolve some issues and her outstanding customer service.
