do not ever - EVER - use Pettit financial services. ive used them for 3 yrs without problem...then suddenly this year i send them all my tax info a month ago, Jodi emailed me to confirm recieving them, i asked her a week later when theyd be done and she said in a few more days...then they ALL VANISHED!!!!!!! its been a month now and ive emailed Jodi 5 or 6 times, the owner Jim twice, emailed 2 other staff members once each and called them about 5 times and they will not respond to me at all! theyre gone! theyve completely screwed me and will not even return a single phone call. even the owner of the company will not return a single call or email. theyve closed their storefront so its all electronic now so i cant even go over there to find out what the hell is going on!
Theyre irresponsible and i think im going to report them to every agency i can possibly find just the screw them over like theyve done to me. id trust a homeless man to do my taxes before i ever ever ever put 1% of trust into them.
