Mark was SO incredibly patient even though it seemed like everyday for a week I was making some sort of change to our policy... add a car, add a bike, change the coverage, etc etc. I really made that guy work for his new business commission. I have been a client for 20 plus years and for the first time a payment did not go through and I was charged a $25.00 dollar fee. I asked for a 1 time courtesy fee reimbursement and was told that was not possible. Not good customer service.

I had called in to cancel my policies and spoke with Alex, a new employee at the time. I instructed Alex to cancel my policy and they refused to. I explained that I would not be making any further payments to them or their company again.

Reason for cancellation was because I found out that they had the same full coverage (as on my vehicle which I have financed) on my other 2 vehicles which the combined total value is less than $10k and driven less than 2k miles a year!

Now they are saying I owe them from the time that I had cancelled to now, being almost a year that I stopped paying and told them to cancel my policies.
