Bunch of crooks. They won't pay for the policy you purchase. They'll ignore every phone call, email and voicemail you leave. Been trying to get my vehicle repaired since Dec from tornado damages and all I hear is lies. No body shop wants to deal with these cons and I'm honestly surprised that this company hasn't gotten hit with a class action law suit and shut down for good!

Most unprofessional insurance company, the shop my truck is in has called multiple times to no avail and so have I (Goodluck getting a response same week)
my vehicle was damaged during a storm a while back I took pictures and sent then and they are trying to get the shop to half as the job so they can save money and don't want to approve anything my truck has been in the shop for two weeks because these imbeciles won't approve the fixes the shop has quoted for... run if you see this insurance company and pray you aren't involved in a accident with someone who is insured by them.

One star is generous this company has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Attempting to deal with these people has been the most time consuming aggravating experience of my life. The adjusters are unprofessional and extremely lazy my self or the shop that is trying to do repairs to my vehicle can’t get anyone on the phone or to respond to emails. I’ve literally called everyday and had to leave message after message and you get no response same with the shop. It’s absolutely ridiculous I honestly can’t believe this company is still in business. There a joke luckily this is not who I personally have insurance through but unfortunately the person who hit me and tore my car up has this scam of a insurance company and even though their policy holder was 100% at fault it’s been 5 months and I’m still fighting to get my car fixed because these clowns want the most cost effective fix and expect the auto body shop to rig your vehicle back together with used parts that according to the manufacturer and insurance is not up to standard as a acceptable fix. Someone should honestly shut this circus down.

Would not recommend this agency to my worst enemy. Recently totaled my car two months after the claim it still has not been paid. My adjusters office is in bham everything was handled over the the phone. There is no adjusters in my area. This tad bit of information was relayed to me by my adjusters. So if that is the case why in the he'll are you selling insurance in my area. After talking to this Jerks supervisor. Not a thread of information has been shared by him. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENCY. SOME OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE DEALT WITH. TRUST ME THEY LIVE UP TO THERE 2.5 OUT OF 5 Star RATING.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're dealing with this insurance company after an accident, do NOT sign any check they mail you. Get checked out by a doctor after the accident, and get an attorney to deal with this sorry company.
