We have been with them since right after the 2020 fires. It was hard to get insurance at that point and they were recommended by friends of ours who have a Winery and we’re so satisfied with Levitt

We work with Jim Stetson, who has been very very good. In fact we have recommended many many times to friends. And also Crystal Carey. She is prompt about getting back to me when I have questions regarding insurance.

Levitt Group has been so helpful in educating us on the different forms of insurance and coverages, they have been communicating every step of the way. They were able to lower our rates with our workers compensation insurance by negotiating with them. Our rates went down drastically.

This was a new insurance provider for a rental property I have. I was paying the premium in full and the broker sent me the wrong link for the payment. The insurance company I bought the insurance from didn’t get the payment. I contacted Lorlie and she worked diligently first trying to figure out what the problem was and then fixing it so the insurance payment was applied to the right insurance company. I couldn’t have asked for a better employee working on my issue. I was kept informed and copied on all emails trying to resolve my issue. Lorlie is a great representative for her company. She says what she is going to do and then follows through. I had complete confidence that my issue would be resolved. Great job Lorlie.

I have had Mercury Auto Insurance over 20 years. I’m so disappointed that you decided not to give ma a competitive rate. I switched to Gieco and saved $1200.

I’m worried that my home owners will be too much also.

You guys used to take care of me but I guess those days are gone
