My family has been with State Farm's, Todd Thomas Insurance Agency for over 25 years. Just had a meeting with Michael Murry of the Todd Thomas State Farm Agency. Michael and the Todd Thomas Agency are the best people that I have dealt with in years of having insurance companies. Michael makes it a point to contact me on a regular basis to go over my coverage and offer advice on what I might need or don’t need as far as coverage needs. I’m always able to contact Michael or one of the associates in the office with any questions I might have. I’m thoroughly satisfied and recommend them with any of your insurance needs.

It's great to have humans answer the phone! He told me the changes that would occur on my account due to increased miles driven, and how to offset that in the future. All without me asking. Letting me know the implications of changes up front, not making me wait to question a rise in the bill: they take care of me!

I have had the pleasure of working with Todd Thomas and his State Farm Insurance Agency for well over 10 years now. They are the absolute best when it comes to insurance. Having grown up in San Luis Obispo, it was a simple thing to come in to the Todd Thomas State Farm office, which is run by a former high school classmate, having an idea that I would find good and reliable car insurance, and I have had nothing but good service all the way along. For me, Customer Service is what makes or breaks a business, as well as my choice for where I do my business, or continue doing my business. I think, of all the various insurance agencies I have used in the past, this State Farm office has the most excellent Customer Service I have seen. Melanie, the Office Manager, is personable, professional, and I always feel like she is looking out for my best interests, educating me along the way as well! I definitely feel confident in their services and would recommend them to anyone I know. Todd also is very professional and knowledgeable, and I can say I'm glad to be associated with this agency.
