I had a backlog of small questions accumulated over several years that I didn’t actually expect to get answers to, but to my surprise she was incredibly fast looking through my file and untangling many small details from years ago and explained with perfect clarity.

She is very transparent, and her approach to sales and overall way she treated me was also great. I don’t like being pressured or even scolded about coverage choices - But she framed things in a way where I felt she is really just looking out for my best interest, and to do what makes sense.
