Disappointed in the ability to get drivers thru the gate. 2 women inside gate house only one doing any work other one resting her head on counter. All those computers and only one person checking drivers in. Might need to re-think your check-in process.

Checked in at 0700 with a 0900 appt. The guard goes by Cap and is super nice guy, got me in and unloaded within a hour, if you need bolt cutters to cut seal there is a pair at the guard house, great place to deliver to for such a big place, receiving workers were great to get along with also, you can always tell how a company treats their employees by the way they ack, so Mercedes must be a good place to work, Thanks Mercedes

Nice friendly people. I have never sat more than 1hr30m...in the security guard always greet me when i arrive and depart, little things like that makes a drivers day

There's a lady who works with Mercedes Benz who's aide and abedding a guy named Deshuan Norris who has a warrant for his arrest for vandilizem/criminal mischief of a truck that I own
