I've had issues getting my trash picked up on time for a while now. Then when you call the customer service the representative will say, well it says they picked up today. Well clearly they didn't because my trash is still by the road . I always put my trash out the night before, so there's no excuse for my trash not being picked up, especially when I'm paying my bill. But there is always an excuse with this company. I definitely wouldn't recommend, currently looking for new service.

After setting up service they got my address wrong twice and delivered the can after it had run (despite waiting a week for delivery). They told me my service day was Wednesday so I put it out the night before. I called Thursday and left a message for a "recovery" pick up. No one called back. I called Friday and they said they might pick it up on Saturday but definitely on Monday. They also told me that my service day was actually on Tuesday not the Wednesday I was previously told. No pick up on Monday as promised- no pick up on Tuesday either, so I called and was told the local dispatcher had left for the day (I called at 4:50) and I should call back the next day at 10 so they could have time to investigate what was going on. I get a call the next morning saying I wasn't in their service area! I asked why they delivered a can when I wasn't on their route but received no answer.

Very disappointing, since my original garbage collection service sold out to yall I have had nothing but problems. Two weeks later and have only had two pick ups, when I was told I will be getting two per week. I have had to call this company three times about no pick ups.

Had to call yet again todsy and was told although my neighbor had theirs picked up on time this morning mine would be picked up by 6pm. Well here it is almost 630 pm and still my garbage can sits, full of trash. It appears I will be looking for a more dependable company like the one I use to have until west mobile sanitation sold out to this poor service.

I called December 17th to set up new service. Trash can was delivered the week of Christmas. Trash has yet to be picked up.....It is JANUARY 10th!!!! I called 3 different days and told them I was not picked up....still no one came. I called back to cancel service and they said it couldn't be cancelled until the 15th.....Wednesday is supposed to be trash pick up day......I have had trash sitting at the road since LAST YEAR..... Awful service!!!! I have already emailed a complaint once and all I got back was "Was this recovered for you"...... I responded and NOTHING IN RETURN. Needless to say....I cancelled my service and am waiting for a refund for services I NEVER RECIEVED!!!

Maybe they need to put pictures on their garbage cans instead of the company name so the guys know which can is theirs. Obviously they can't read the name that's on the can. How do you miss mine but empty the one that is within afoot of it?
The only thing that is common in most of the other reviews is that their staff is constantly having to apologize for all the missed pick ups and poor service. Needless to say ..... I'm canceling my service with them as quick as possible.
The only reason I'm giving them one star is so it'll let me post.

My experience has been horrible from the beginning. Took over a month to get a trash can when originally it's was supposed to be 14 days. Now I've had to be credited two weeks in a row because they haven't picked up our trash. Only thing that's decent is the ladies that answer the phone. They've all been nice and helpful. The service is a joke

I have had the misfortune of being an Advanced Disposal customer for well over a year. My local government is contracted, otherwise I would not be a customer.
Pickups are not done in a timely manner. Not yard waste, recycling or garbage. Customer service is non existent and has no clue what is going on at a local level.
They are awful, avoid, avoid, avoid!

They never pick up on time. I have garbage that has been sitting on the street for over a week and it’s still not picked up. Called them numerous times and all they do is apologize and say it will be picked up the following day....still nothing. I am definitely switching to another garbage service.
