June and I had relationships that were long term with (2) different agencies. The first few years were gratifying in the sense that we felt cared for. As time went on (the cared for part) seemed to gradually dissolve. Our phone calls seemed to never get answered or solved with any expediency.That personal touch of seeing our agent face to face evaporated. I had hoped that coverage for our homes, vehicles, real estate investment properties and restaurant would at least be cherished a little bit.
Two years we vowed to look for another agency to handle our insurance needs.Finally I mentioned to June that possibly a smaller independent agency was what we needed. Cropwell is home to the Ash agency and Ashley Green. June remarked that She had never seen me as excited about insurance coverage before. Ashley graciously listened to our needs, made recommendations, saved us money and put my concerns to rest. There has never been a time that I reached out to Her that She was unable to help me immediately or schedule a rapid appointments.
