Taxes these guys are great . I've been going there for 4 years. Friendly and helpful, they will work with you on your schedule or have you drop off documents and prep for you. Takes proper time to answer all questions. This year they were not busy I walked in and walked out in 15 min.
Located on the second floor, I don't believe it's handicap accessible.

We had to call the West Star office several times after they promised our taxes to be done by a certain date. We finally walked into the office in person and *watched them do the taxes for two hours straight*.

Now, I just found out that Hoa and team never filed our personal OR business taxes. Now we owe $615 in fees to the IRS since there are now three instances of unfiled taxes.

In the back (!) of your prepared tax papers, they include a paper saying that *you* need to file your taxes with the IRS after they prepare them, leaving you on the hook. The catch? They'll never tell you about it.

... Please save yourself a massive headache and your hard-earned money.

Man, these guys put in work during tax season! I always make an appointment and they have me out in 30 minutes or less, though my taxes are fairly simple I prefer to leave it to the pros.
