Oliver went above and beyond for me and my family. He worked 24/7 on weekends to ensure my wife and I received the necessary policy. Recently, I fulfilled a decade-long dream by purchasing a Ferrari F12 after ten years of hard work. However, Farmers lacked sufficient coverage, such as agreed value, so I contacted Oliver for proper insurance.

Obtaining approval from Hagerty was challenging. Initially, Oliver configured Farmers' insurance policy to ensure I could safely drive the car home. After a couple of weeks of research, we concluded that Grundy was the best insurance provider for my needs.

When I asked if the insurance company would pay him, he said he didn't check; his focus was solely on ensuring I am properly insured. Oliver is the first insurance agent who consistently picks up the phone and willingly goes the extra mile.

Now, his expertise extends beyond day-to-day Toyotas to insuring multi-million dollar supercars! The quality of Oliver's firm surpasses normal standards; his altitude and mindset belong in the world of elites.

Oliver is a reliable and professional agent. He and the agency staffs were taking care of our home, auto and flood insurance for a long time in a good way. I truly believe it so and no doubt all the time. One ridiculous story happened to me last year and confirmed the word I said.

My flood policy was cancelled las December because my loan bank failed to mail in the premium check on time. The weird thing was the loan company escrow department said they did mail out the check and the insurer part never received it at that time. Oliver took a lot of time to communicate with my issue. He and the agency staffs did remind me the cancellation several time and found out the alternative solution for me immediately.

The story was not ending. This April, the loan company contacted me according to the issue and informed me that the insurer flood insurance company received the check due to the USPS delivered to wrong address and found the right place finally. It took over six months finding its way home!! The agency helped me again to reinstate the original flood policy and so many details.

I appreciated and went through this all. Although the process was not so happy and long waiting, I did learn the insurance is very complicated and more than that from Oliver. His is super patient and well-knowledged in all aspect. I also believe that as the saying goes, "every extra penny deserves its value"
