Steve and his team are awesome. Filing a claim and coordinating repairs is rarely fun, but Steve, Kim, and the rest of the staff make it easy. They keep me informed every step of the way and make sure I'm taking full advantage of my coverage. Reimbursement for a claim is done online and immediately. Steve has been my agent for many years and has consistently provided excellent service for my home an auto insurance needs.

My policy got canceled after being with a certain insurance company for 21 years meeting you today and talking to you on the phone was a pleasure had I known calling State Farm and getting the information that I got from you today and how simple it was how informative you were was how patient you was how relieved I was to speak to you was amazing, I know I cried in regards to my daughters field trip and I appreciate you just being a listening ear at the moment please beautiful please stay pleasant.
