Good company that processes home loans quickly. I availed a home loan from them after talking to their Sales team, since it was supposed to be an Islamic financing institution. In other words, I did not do much research about their business model and went ahead and committed a major sin, driven by my desperation to buy my first home. It was totally my mistake and I do not blame anyone for that. They are good people who are trying to make profit for their company. That said, I realized my blunder quickly and sincerely repented. Sold my home for a loss and came out of this thing that was troubling me ever since I purchased that home. They were very professional even during the loan closure, at par with any other conventional bank. If people are looking for interest (riba) free loan, please look for other options, but I am skeptical if you would find any. In my view, there are no true Islamic or halal financing options in USA.

I recently bought a house with UIF and while everyone told me that in this competitive market you shouldn’t go with UIF as it might take them longer to approve your loan but I went ahead with Anwer from UIF who did everything better and faster than any other lending company and closed on the loan with in 2 weeks . He guided me through out the process as I was a first timer and explained everything again and again with patience . Highly recommend

Br. Anwer is awesome!! It was great to work with him. He was very quick to respond to my questions and always available. He was knowledgeable and made sure I knew the implications of any credits applied to closing. I needed someone that can close quickly on my purchase and he was on top of it everyday giving me updates. We were ready to close in 2.5 weeks (just waiting on seller to close). Very smooth experience, would highly recommend!
