If I could give less than one star I would. I went here for a live scan 2 or so months ago, The owner John did it for me, it was never submitted, according to the DOJ no record of it having been sent or submitted to them or any agency could be found. I called 4 or 5 times and spoke to the same lady and said she would look it up personally and call me back, no one ever did. I had to go somewhere else and have it done months later, It could have cost me BIG if I hadn’t have discovered it in time. I would NEVER take my business there again and urge you to do the same!

Reply to response from Owner: Thank you for your response John. Here is why I disagree with you assessment of no failure on your end. I was not aware of any issues with payment, I was not informed of prior to or after my live scan with you. You gave me no such verbal warning and furthermore did not provide me with written documentation to confirm. I have all the documents, and my receipt from my appointment with you and I see nothing about payment method problems or the potential for any. After reading your response i contacted the Orange County Sheriffs Department and inquired about any issues with there payment methods in regards to there live scans from the date of my live scan with you to today and there response was no there has been none, there assessment, you simply didn’t do it. Even if I believed you submitted my live scan, which i do not, there’s nothing that stopped you from letting me know one of the many times I called over two weeks. I didn’t receive a reply from you period, I would have been happy to come back and do another one. Your failure was charging me for a live scan you did not perform, and furthermore you failed by not informing me there was any sort of issue, you failed me from the moment I walked in. Your reply, simply speaks for itself.

Let me save you some money and time. UPS NO LONGER offers live scan. This is a real business, husband and wife owned. AWESOME. they take walk ins. The pricing is fair. Highly recommended.

I searched for a notary public and I found John Restrepo. I went to his office in San Juan Capistrano and I needed to send some personal documents to Connecticut. He was very knowledgeable and efficiently helped me. He was also very flexible with the price due to how many documents I had. At the same time he was very friendly and nice; I felt super comfortable with his help. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend him.

I came here to get a livescan for a job that required doing so and my livescan was sent for a different department that I requested in my form. which in turn, wasted a week of me waiting for results just to be told it was sent under the wrong department. I called and complained and they fixed it for me but now I've been waiting 2 weeks in total for finger prints when it could've been sent to the right place to begin with. SUPER frustrating. please make sure they send it to the right department before you walk out.
