I renewed my daughter's San Francisco renter insurance policy in March 2024 and then in May she decided to move. I contacted Crystal Tu at the Kennett insurance agency to inquire about transferring the policy to the new address. The policy was non-transferable and Crystal informed me that a prorated refund check would be issued. When I received the refund, the check was made out to my daughter and her former roommates who were long gone. I live in Colorado and depositing this refund was near impossible with 3rd party, out of state implications. Crystal was instrumental in helping me get the check reissued in my name. It took 6 months but I finally received the refund. Crystal's amazing customer service made this possible. The personal and professional service Crystal provided was top notch. I highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs.
