I love Tiffany and her team— she's been my agent ever since I was a college student and goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm getting the best deals I can on any and all policies I have through State Farm. Her office staff are very helpful and responsive and I've overall had a very positive experience with them.
I had to transfer one of my policies over to another insurance company about a year ago— Tiffany's team was very helpful in connecting me with agents from other companies who would be a good fit for what I needed. I was able to find one without too much hassle and everything worked out fine, but the new company definitely doesn't have the personal touch and relationship with me that Tiffany does.

I've had State Farm policies through Tiffany Won for nearly a decade now. I've always experienced excellent customer service whenever I've had a need to contact them. My most recent experience was with Krista L. She is a newer rep, so there were a couple questions she wasn't immediately able to answer over the phone, but she was able to clearly explain the answers she did have to my questions, and she was very prompt in following up with me via email for the other questions she has to check on. Overall another great experience.
