The driver was very rude. They pulled up to the nursing home extremely fast made a fast stop there about maybe 10 minutes before I went outside and asked what was the problem. The driver jumped out and says, and a very nasty tone. My partner was doing paperwork from that point she was really rude. Her partner was OK, never will use them again, but any emergency very unprofessional

Had to reach them by 911 because they would not answer the phone. Then they didn't know how to work the equipment that we called about. Had the company's directions pulled up. They kept insisting it was the battery for it. It was not, and I had REPEATEDLY told them what had happened to make it go off and give the error. Apparently they can't read and had to have another person tell them what it said AFTER I had shown and told them, again REPEATEDLY. LOUSY service and they just said we'll add more tape and stuff to it. They did call Walker Baptist, the band-aid station. Hopefully he doesn't bust open his stitches.

12/23/23 I went unresponsive at home in Jasper Al. Wife called 911 and the response was amazing. They were prompt, professional and truly knew what to do. They were very patient with my hysterical wife, asking 1,000 questions. Didn't get the guys names that was on the truck, but they were great in all aspects. Praying for your safety.

They flipped the gurney bed over onto the pavement while my father-in-law was strapped to it. The bed was ontop of him. They could not get the bed off of him. Thankfully, there was an police officer and a fireman there that saw it and they helped to get the bed off of him. Scraped the skin off of his forearm, put a large bruise on his head, hurt his back and when he was checked out at the emergency room, he has broken ribs! Noone from this company has reached out to my in-laws about this. My mother-in-law has called and called and when she has been able to get someone on the phone, they give her the run-around about the accident report. They still haven't provided a report.

If I could give 0 I would. We have been waiting over 5 hrs for transport. I know they better not bill me for the services and I will be contacting the BBB.

Their employees do their best and I absolutely love all of them. Dispatch could use some work with how they spread the ambulances too thin. One truck for two counties is not good.

Had transport scheduled for 3:30. At 5:07 I called because no one had been here. I was told that we were next after the paramedics finished dropping off another patient at a location that is only a few miles away. Now here we sit at 6:27 and still haven't seen anyone.
