I have lived in the same apartment complex for 4 and a 1/2 year. Sterling properties took over for only four months a year ago. (The owner of the property decided he didn't want property management anymore).Damian was a property manager and he did MORE FOR US IN 4 MONTHS THAN THE PROPERY OWNER DID IN 4 1/2 YEARS!!. They are so thorough and so efficient. And I wish I was renting from them again. They do a great job.

Sterling Investment Management managed our multifamily portfolio here in San Diego for over 10 years. And, still manage one property with a vacation rental in San Diego. Their level of service is excellent! Both Damien and Wes are very hands on. They handle your property as if it was their own. Smart and efficient decision making. Maintenenace issues quickly resolved. Monthly reports are completely error free (unlike previous experiences with other managers) and are delivered promptly. When the time came to transit our portfolio to an appropriate estate plan, they professionally secured buyers and new properties that to this day are performing beyond expectations. This is how property management should be done. I leased an apartment for 3.5 years from Sterling and they have been the best property management I have had the pleasure of leasing from. As a renter all of my adult life, I've had many property management companies through the years. I can honestly say this is the first time that I have worked with a property management company that is competent and friendly. In my experience, property management companies are generally awful to deal with (and I've worked with many). Sterling seems to be the exception to this rule. Magdalena was always so easy to work with and always had someone out to fix our issues ASAP. I think this is a great company and anyone should be happy to work with them.
