I am a landlord and I have used this company at least 6 to 8 times over the past 2 to 3 years. Shawn always shows up when he says he will and always gives you an honest diagnosis of what is going on. He doesn't try to overcharge you and sell you things that you don't need like many companies do. He's always available to call you back or discuss any issues you may have about the job. I would highly recommend him because me personally, I don't like to deal with what I call" press 1 press 2 game. I don't want to speak to an office person at a desk who doesn't know what we have discussed. I like to speak to the source. If I have concerns or questions about my job or what happened at the job or why something needed to be changed I can always discuss this with him by myself. Give him a call!

If you're in Grapevine or nearby and your A/C is acting up, I highly recommend Shawn with A&M Air Conditioning & Heating. Last Sunday, my house started to heat up even though the A/C was on, and I noticed the outdoor unit's fan wasn’t working. After a few unsuccessful calls to other companies, I found Shawn through a review on Nextdoor. He answered immediately and was at my house within 15 minutes—on a SUNDAY! In less than an hour, my A/C was up and running again. With 18 years of experience, Shawn was accommodating, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. If you need A/C help, he's your guy.
