Our upstairs a/c unit quit working in July. We contacted our landlord, and they called Greentech who claimed they fixed it despite the fact that the upstairs temp never got below 78. I contacted the landlord again. This time Greentech replaced our thermostat. Nothing changed…temps still in the 80s. We contacted landlord again, and they informed us that Greentech stated the unit was fine. They claimed our thermostat was in a poor location which is why upstairs was not cooling. We’ve been in this home for 6 years…our thermostat is in the same location…and our a/c has worked fine until this Summer. Greentech says everything is working fine and our landlord agrees. The picture on the left was taken at night in the last week of October. Does it look like everything is working fine? The other two are readings were this Summer just after Greentech left and reported to our landlord that the a/c was working.

Ridicoulous service. They did an inspection in April and said they would need to order some parts. I followed up in May, and they replied saying the parts would arrive in the middle of that week. That was the last time I heard from them. They never replied to my messages since then.I tried for the last time in September and I finally gave up. By the way, they took my reusable filter when they did the inspection and haven't returned it yet.

Excellent service! Lucas Chen is a good HVAC engineer and a great businessman, who stands behind products and services that he offers.
Unlike some other vendors that just try to sell you new A/C unit, Lucas listened to our concerns regarding air conditioning in our house. Then he developed a plan that would address all of them. Under Lucas' close supervision, Greentech Engineering crew installed new HVAC system and reworked/replaced airducts, to ensure proper airflow in the service area.
Greentech Engineering's prices are reasonable, quality of work is decent, responsiveness is top notch. I hope they maintain the same level of service for years to come. Keep up the good works guys!
