I used Jared’s state farm them for over a decade. When my car was stolen in February it was totaled out and I was sent a check. The next month, they auto drafted my bank account for a premium so I called and they said I had to cancel it. So I told them to cancel and they asked if I needed it on any other car or rental and I said no. They assured me it would be cancelled and those funds would be refunded. Nothing. A month goes by and it auto-drafts again and I call again and they apologize and promise a full refund. This cycle keeps happening until June and they finally cancel but no refund. I thought maybe they sent a check to the wrong address but, no. I called them today and they said it’s been too long. I’m about to issue a formal complaint with corporate and the Consumer Protection agencies. This entire industry has to change.
