Best HVAC company. Ever. We have purchased 2 furnaces and one full AC system. Every experience with Sherrell from the person that answers the phone to the techs in field has been consistently great! They are always fair in their pricing and honest in all their dealings. And being family owned and run if there ever was an issue, you can talk to Mr. Sherrell himself. And it's important to us support family businesses.

Almost forgot to call out Andye who handled the scheduling and Dylan the tech that came out. The best! Thanks to you both.

Today they came out to maintenance my 2 systems and repair my older one. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable. My older system an 8 SEER from the 80s or 90s just wasn't worth the amount a repair would cost. So, of course, without hesitation I am purchasing again from Sherrell.

Steven and his team are amazing! We went back and forth with our home warranty’s referral and decided to move forward with a full replacement because we lost confidence in the other company’s ability to communicate and repair timely. Dylan arrived earlier than projected and I was quite thankful as our ac had been out all night. He performed an immediate inspection of our ac unit, thermostat, and attic ac .
