Charles was fantastic. He was super helpful, patient with our questions, and helped us understand some of the issues we have been having with our units. He was also polite and detailed—all things that you appreciate with great customer service. He represents his company with pure class. We are in a commercial location, which means he had to get up on the roof for most of the visit, which is next-level hot this time of year, and yet he plugged away and had a great attitude. Mark J serviced and diagnosed the issue (blower motor) within 20 minutes. Shortly after, dispatch called and set up an installation appointment immediately after. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Justin Shelhorse is a true professional. I had issues with a previous AC company that installed a very basic oversized unit for my property which led to extreme temperature fluctuations... either very cold or hot due to humidity build-up. He diagnosed the problem and installed a brand new variable speed system. The temperature in my business is now very comfortable without the extremes I've had before.

I honestly cannot convey how thankful I am to him. Please get a hold of him if you're looking for someone who is appropriately priced, efficient, knowledgeable and polite.
