Cannot say enough great things about this company. Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Colin & Jeremy were the techs that came out initially and did an outstanding job. Our old big tank water heater was leaking and at the end of its lifespan. We had them replace it with a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier with it. Lance and another tech (didn’t catch his name) also came out later that day to help do the install and bring parts for Colin & Jeremy so they could keep working on removing the old tank out of our garage attic. The whole process was smooth and they all did a great job. When I called the office with questions, everyone there was polite and helpful as well. I’ve already recommended Medley heating, air and plumbing more than once to others. We most definitely plan to use them again. Thx Medley for excellent customer service!!

Medley is simply the very best. Always punctual, explains everything where you understand before they do the job then explains explicitly what they have done after completing the job. We have used Medley for at least 6 years. You will never find a more efficient knowledgeable company than Medley. We had Mason come out 12/7/2024. He diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue . Mason was very kind and professional.He,in my opinion is a great asset to Medley. Mason took the time to schedule and find me the right person to come out and install a new ladder to my attic that needs to be replaced. Five stars is not enough for Medley. Texas and his crew have always come out to my home anytime I've called them. It's such a relief to find and upstanding company that fixes the issues and makes sure your 100 percent satisfied. Medley should take great pride in their work whether it's AC/ Heating or Plumbing. It's a huge relief to know that Medley cares and is ready to serve you and help you if a issue comes up. These guys are the best in the business. Have used them for several years now including getting a new system. They gave us many choices and never pressured us into anything, they answered all our questions to the different choices and it made it easy to make that decision. Great first experience with the plumbing side of this business. Previously used them for new AC & Furnaces with outstanding results. Very pleased with the addition of the UV lights as part of that. It really does reduce the amount of dust in your home! The plumbing experience was professionally handled from start to finish by the crew of Lance, Colin, Jeremy , and Hunter. Enjoying a new toilet that flushes well! Also a new water softener & conditioner system that should put a stop to the hard water that affects fixtures, toilets, washing machines, dishwashers, and water heaters.

I first used them about 2 years ago because my air conditioner broke down on a very hot day. They did an excellent job of repairing it at a very reasonable price. Since they, they do a regular furnace check for me. The last time, they upgraded my furnace and installed a needed addition. They spent a lot of time on it, made sure it was right and again charged a very reasonable price. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. Just can't go wrong with them.

Medley Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing is a great reliable company. They maintained my orig system and did a full replacement a few years ago. This week is the first time I needed plumbing service, and again they did a great job. I had 2 gas leaks and a broken outdoor faucet. The Tech had everything fixed in no time.

Never before have I been so impressed with a company that provides service until I had the good fortune to use Medley Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing for some AC work at my home (clogged AC condensate drain, AC pan overflow safety switch install and AC duct replacement). These folks set the bar so high that if you ever use them, you will never go back to your previous provider. From my experience, it starts at the very top, and in this case that would be Texas Medley, the owner of the company. It has been shown that 80% of a company's culture is defined by its core leader(s). The culture that Texas has defined within his company is reflected by the service I received from all of his employees. My condensate drain issue, AC 6 months maintenance, and AC pan overflow safety switch installation was handled by the Team of Brandon, Chris, Lance and Jeremy. What a great group of guys that work as a Team. If you didn't know better, you would think they were brothers by the way they interact with each other. For the AC duct job, Medley sent Cody, their Duct Project Manager to review the scope of work with me and to give me a quote. I was telling Cody how much I liked the YouTube videos that gives a brief history of each employee and what they do at Medley. Cody informed me that besides his primary role, he is also the videographer for Medley. If you are considering using Medley, then I would recommend going to YouTube and do a search for Medley Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing. The videos will show the pride and culture of the company. Last but not least, I want to give recognition to the AC Duct Install Team. Team Lead Josue and his associates Brian and Alfonzo are the best. I was amazed how the 3 men could replace the ducts in the hot attic and every time I would see them they would have a big smile on their faces. Josue said he and his Team has never let an attic get the best of them. I would like to point out, the 3 men did follow proper protocol when working in such a harsh environment and would take frequent water and cooling breaks. I have added a few pictures that show how Josue and his Team hung the ducts in the attic. It should be noted that Medley replaced ~ 60% of my ducts because the other 40% had been replaced by another ac company 10 years ago. One would ask, why didn't you have all ducts replaced 10 years ago. 10 years ago, I did request that all ducts be replaced, but the other ac company didn't do it because the ducts were extremely difficult to get to and the 250-pound (low side estimate) installer didn't want to take the time to do it. I know I'm profiling, but I'm calling it as I see it. FYI - Josue and His Team took the time to also hang the ducts that got replaced 10 years ago even though it was not their responsibility to do so. I remember all the names of the Medley crew because they are like family members to me. Each one of them speaks so highly of Texas Medley, and how he has created a "Family Culture" that makes coming to work a joy. In closing, I would like to say that I had the good fortune to meet Texas Medley after all the work was completed. Texas met with me and wanted to make sure that my expectations had been met. My expectations were blown out of the water with the service I received from Medley Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. There is a book I read several years ago that exemplify the service from Medley - Positively Outrageous Service: How to Delight and Astound Your Customers and Win Them for Life. Texas Medley, you and your Team have won me for life.

Our first experience with Medley was poor because the A/C service check we had last summer was not even performed at all by the technician they sent. This was discovered when we had an issue within a few weeks of their visit. To their credit, they addressed our issue and serviced the unit at no cost.

As we are on their "family plan," we signed up for our second system review, which was YESTERDAY. We awoke this morning to NO HEAT AT ALL. Everything was FINE before these technicians arrived.

Although we are supposed to have "priority" as a member, the automated system, despite knowing we have NO HEAT, scheduled us for service TOMORROW.

We find all of this more than a little suspicious and will be escalating the issue first thing tomorrow. We do NOT want Medley back out here after yet another fiasco. I don't know who is writing all of these glowing five star reviews, but they aren't dealing with this outfit.
