Great company, great employees. Morgan and Isaac were terrific, helpful, and friendly. Isaac ensured a worry-free installation throughout the entire project and went above and beyond for us. They were very knowledgeable and thorough and did not leave a single question unanswered. The installation team did a great job and worked very hard to install our new system. Only when a company completely exceeds my expectations am I compelled to write a review—which is rare. I have had 2 major installations at separate homes with Prime AC and Heat as well as tune ups and other maintenance over the past nine years. I’ve done my homework and these guys do a great job at a fair price. Most importantly they stand behind their work. George, the owner, is about as good as it gets. The work is not complete until you are happy and satisfied. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

We had Prime AC install a brand new system in our home. From the beginning with Morgan, the attention to detail and level of communication was simply unmatched. We had some issues and concerns, he continued to follow up and address all of our concerns.Morgan and Jorge stood by their word, we’re very communicative, And very professional. There was a rather sizable crew here, multiple managers, and Jorge, even came by to check in mid job. It’s been a long time since I worked with a company that offers such great service start to finish. Their team came in here and completely replaced our entire AC system, furnace system, and Ductwork in about eight hours time. They were clean, organized, and knew what they needed to do. I’m a builder, and I’m quite impressed with their work.

Today was install day with the Prime AC and Heat team. We got two new units in our home replacing the original 25-year-old units. Time will tell on the new units, but we could not be more pleased with the Prime installation team! They were five stars all the way!! Thank you, Jorge, your guys were amazing!!

Jorge sat down with us to figure out the best HVAC replacement to fit our needs and was able to schedule and complete the full install the very next day.
