Shawna Johnson was most helpful in explaining the process to me about the debt resolution program with FDR. She was very patient and kind as sometimes it takes me a while to fully understand what is being said. I appreciate her time and patience with me. She made this endeavor seem seamless. I also appreciate the representative who helped me get my dashboard set up. She too was very helpful and kind. I am enthusiastic and extremely encouraged about my future path to debt resolution.

The overall experience was actually really good.Erik Huerta was a good spokesman for your organization. I was quite satisfied how he explained everything to me step-by-step. Then I was giving to your customer service which which they were quite polite. I was explained by both Eric and customer service everything the process entails and how I proceed.

I applied for a business loan directly using simple path web. I received immediately a phone call from a person named Jacob Lowry , we spoke about several options that they are offering for business And he asked me for some information that I preferred to be shared by email. He was polite and sent me an email to provide that information. I mentioned to him that I am not comfortable sharing my personal information by phone.

After I shared my Social Security and although personally information to this company by email, I never get any response. Never replied my text messages I called that person I mentioned above, and he never replied back.

I am not sure if this company is legit or not but, in the way they treated me, I would avoid them!!!

This is the reason I don’t recommend to apply any credit online or by phone … go to big and serious institutions.

I am not looking for a response or reply from Simple path I won’t make any business with them, this is just a warning to others about my experience.

First of all, this company sends me a loan offer in the mail, and I never even heard of this company. Second, I call to see if they are even legit then they tell me that the offer they sent me in the mail they no longer have no promotions going at this time and mind you this is a recent offer. So, I am like huh? Why send people an offer if you don't really have the means to support the loan offer. Would not and Will not be doing business with them in the future. They seem Fraudulent or at least on the Scam side.
