I will say that this company was able to help me when my credit wasn’t up to a number that would be good for a normal finance company with that said if you are not in need and absolutely have other options to buy a vehicle do not use this company they are The worst. They will screw you over and screw you out of money. I promise if you have other options take those avenues, but if you do not have other options, then I would suggest to use this company as the very last resort.

Horrible customer service. I understand it's a loan company but jeez. If someone is late most likely than not they are having some sort of financial problem in this high inflation economy. There's no need to be rude and disrespectful when a customer is asking a question regarding payment.

I was reading some of the comments and the responses to the negative comments from other people. Somebody said it's a loan company. What do you expect. Just because it's a loan/financing company does not mean they get to talk to their client base any kind of way. The lack of professionalism should not be accepted under no circumstances. I spoke to somebody in their office and I had to remind them that they are not too far from me. I do know the address and watch how you address me, I am not your kid. I'm certainly not your friend. When I got them back on track they understood where I was coming from. Speaking out of character is unacceptable and you will not under no circumstances. Talk to me in an unprofessional way. That'll get you a whole bunch of explicites and I could care less what their actions is because my credit is good enough to take this loan elsewhere. I'm too close to the end now so I'm going to stay, but everything people are saying about them are true. The lack of professionalism is evident okay. Seems like they're hiring kids right off the streets with little to no experience in the world of financing. This is not what you get from major financial institutions. This is a two-bit McDonald's on the side of the road selling Happy meals for people who have less than great credit. That is still no reason to treat people unprofessionally!

If you ask me, NO STARS FROM ME! I’ve been a client for 4 years and they hire these little kids that sound racial and unprofessional. To Jorge & Doris that have a bad mouth and no professional experience. Can’t wait til I finish these last payments. SAY NO TO MAS FINANCIAL THEY WILL MAKE YOU UPSET AND HAVE A BAD DAY!!!!! I highly suggest you speak to Rosarie, she is the only level headed and most respectful staff member there. Hats off to Rosarie!

Had an issue with insurance, (ended up being my fault) I called and got Rafael Paniagua, he explained to me exactly what the issue was, told me what he needed from me and that I may send the necessary documents to him and get the ball rolling.....he did exactly that and my issues were resolved. Thanks Rafael!

Rafael gets 5 stars I put 4 just because I wish MAS had a better website or even an app.

They're a finance company, you get what you negotiate. Lot of one star reviews everyone Situation different.
People must understand that. They act no different than any credit card or company loan company. When you make late payments or when you making half payments, they all act the same. An you can't purchase used cars thinking they won't have problems. They're used and somebody Traded it in for a reason. remember this isn't a honest world but someone loaned you honest money An now you don't wanna pay because of what you chose to purchase with it.....😂😂😂this world of thinking

In 2022 I financed a Toyota Tacoma from : Certified Motors 2, - 16790 Foothill Blvd, Fontana, CA 92335 That dealership is shut down and no longer exist, more then likely from the Lemons they sold. What I am getting at is my truck is still costing me money on repairs. That dealership promised me before I even signed any papers if anything were to happen to the engine we will cover the cost of the repair. Truck started over heating withen the first 1000 miles of having it. I bought the truck initially to have a reliable transportation since then I am not even exaggerating I have put $6500+ into it. What action can I take How do I get out of this situation I am sick and tired of repairing this vehicle it is too much money.
