27 years with State Farm. While in Phoenix Az my wife was killed in a car accident, State Farm and my local agent was amazing in helping me through. The one time in 8 years of paying this office premiums that I have a claim and this agent and his office are the most incompetent people in insurance and wasted my time. Report the claim, asked to come down to the office, they take pictures of the damage, tell me they can handle the claim in office, get the quote from the body shop, then told after taking time off work to do all this that now I don't have the right coverage. If I don't have the right coverage that's fine, no problem. Not being told that and in fact being lead to believe for three days that I did? Unacceptable waste of my time. Removing all my policies from this office and telling everyone I know, DO NOT DO business with this office. They do not value your time and don't even check your policy (until three days later) to inform you if your coverage applies to your claim or not. Thinking that's something your insurance "expert" should do the moment you call to report a claim. Wish google allowed you to give no star reviews.
