Tony and the team at Hydra service are fantastic! I was purchasing a home and the grinder pump to sewer system had an issue that the septic company discovered and recommended Hydra Service. Tony evaluated the problem, presented me with different repair options with different budgets, and ultimately for piece of mind I opted to replace the whole system based off of his detailed explanation on what the future could hold. The job took longer than anticipated, but Tony followed up to discuss the problems and ultimately we agreed on a fair price for the job. Tony represents the company well, has amazing customer service, and treats people right. More companies need people like Tony. While s quick overview of Hydra Service is more industrial applications, they are able to help with your residential sewage pump service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This company are CROOKS!!! Their "SERVICE CALL" consists of charging the customer LABOR CHARGES @ $125 per hour for their Tech's DRIVE TIME, plus MILEAGE @ $1.25 per mile. I live 52 miles from the Warrior shop. I have had to call them out twice since February. Both times, I was charged $250 just for the Tech to DRIVE to my residence and back to the shop, plus $81 for Mileage both ways... For a total of $662 In Drive Time & Mileage. All of this, in addition to the Tech's ACTUAL Labor Time at my residence, along with the parts used... As a home customer, I can understand paying a reasonable and competitive Service-Call Charge *Which typically ranges as a Set-Rate Charge from {$100-$150} *The service-call charge is to be expected - for home service repair calls* >>>>> But the WAY this company charges their home customers is just robbery.

*** If you can find a local plumbing company that can work on your grinder pump, you are better off to hire them! * I was unaware that I could hire someone else to service my {customer owned} pump. The grinder tank and pump were already installed at the home, when I purchased the home. So, this company's Name & Information Tag is on the starter panel. Owning a home with a grinder pump has been a new experience and learning curve, for me.

Emailed us a quote on rebuilding water pump for $1,800 parts and labor after a mounth got it fixed and charged $3,100 definitely won't be taking nothing back.
