I hate to give a lower review but if that’s what I feel you earned then I will be honest. Had this company come out because American home shield (we had insurance) subcontracts the work. My husband and I had the same problem two years in a row and they attempted to “fix” it last year. This year it’s the same issues and the same company but the tech actually wrote on the evaluation statement there was nothing wrong. Folks, we were having 40* weather and could not run our unit due to something being wrong. So then they canceled our ticket and we cancelled American home shield. After two years of monthly premiums and 3 $100 service calls. Just don’t do it. Don’t use Tri’s AC and don’t use American home shield. Put the money into a savings account each month so when you have to fix something you have the funds and you can call someone who really wants to help you out.

Whatever you do…..DO NOT USE this company! 6 times of repairs, new condenser put in, Freon put into new condenser, now fan isn’t working and it’s frozen. A brand new unit. They do not check all units to see if they work properly before leaving. All within a few weeks span!

Stay far away from this company!!! They will rip you off.

We had A/C maintenance completed on our indoor and outdoor units by a well-known and established HVAC company in the Cenla area Friday afternoon. By Friday evening, the outdoor unit appeared to be non-functioning. We called the company to send another technician out to diagnose the issue with the outdoor unit to be told that the A/C unit was beyond repair. Dismayed, we began seeking quotes with hopes to find a cheaper alternative for replacing the entire system. Luckily, my wife reminded me of our contract with American Home Shield Warranty and we submitted a claim. We received a call from Tri's on Monday that a technician would be out Tuesday after noon to evaluate the system.

Hunter and his assistant arrived at 1p, gave clear instructions for what he needed me to do, and had my A/C unit running in 7min!

I WAS IN AWE! Here I was thinking I needed to spend $22,000 on a new system and all that was needed was a little attention to detail.

By far....INCREDIBLE SERVICE!

They showed up outside the window of time promised so we weren't home; did not provide the promised advanced notice, and I had told the we could not be there at that time. Then they showed up unannounced on another day after I told them we would not be there, and acted upset that we weren't there. the person on the phone was not friendly. Since then they have failed to return phone messages multiple times. I wouldn't use them at all but our home owner's insurance company keeps requiring us to do so. I have found an excellent local company who drops everything to be at our home when it's convenient for us, and even if we have to pay out of pocket it will be worth it. I was forced to use Tri's if I wanted my home warranty to cover my costs. The maintenance guy was super kind, understanding, and hard-working. I wish I had his name. He was Great. The staff was generally ok, kept me informed although I had to call if I wanted updates. Parts took foreverrr. In all I was happy with my experience, just wish it could have gotten done quicker.

After having trouble with another company, Tri’s came to the rescue. They are very quick to come look at the problem, once they diagnosed the issue they ordered the parts and came a week later to fix the issues. They were extremely friends, professional, quick, and didn’t try to break the bank. Will definitely be using them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They disconnected my main drain to my air conditioner, which caused water damage to my home. When I called them about the water damage they sent someone out to fix the air, but refused to address the water damage. The owner to the company repeatedly hung up on me when I called to find out about them repairing my home. I had to get my homeowners insurance involved. They caused more than $11,000.00 worth of damage to my home. My insurance company took them to court, and won. They are rude, and incompetent.
