John G is seriously the GOAT!! I wanted to do a refinance when the rates started dropping, 3 years ago. I called around and spoke to several other agents but they were either inpatient, pushy or not thorough when I had questions. John stayed on the phone 2 hours answering all my questions the same day I inquired! He is very genuine and knows his stuff and has great communication. I came back to him for 2 more refinances after. About 2 months ago I started inquiring about Helocs with different loan officers and none were able to get it done. Then John G came in and did his thing. We funded last week!! I seek for good customer service before, throughout and after all transactions and he has been consistent every time, all 4 times. If you have any doubts, just give him a call.
