Customer service is terrible here, called a few days ago to ask a question the lady seemed annoyed, got a better option somewhere else so I called yesterday to cancel my policy their & the guy who answered was being rude, I was told to just come in & sign some papers, so I did, the lady their helped me, took like 10 minutes waiting for her to finish her a personal phone call till she gave me the papers I had to sign.

I had coverage through this company for over 3yrs. I called them and asked if they could find me another policy because of premium hikes. They never even tried to assist me, but didn't mind taking my $$monthly. This place is dirty and smell like cigarettes and pets. Dog hair everywhere with a horrible smell... I highly recommend you go else where !!!

The man who works there is rude and gives a bad attitude every time he speaks to me. I called the place and asked if I can add a new car onto my policy and he rushed me and demanded I hurry up with the information on the car. I asked him to politely talk and he threatened to hang up if I don’t hurry up. So I asked him nicely again to talk with a better tone and so he hung up. I highly do not recommend this place at all. Never again am I going back to that place.

Wonderful people who helped us right away and got us insurance ASAP. We were paying a leg and a arm for our last insurance who decided after three years decided to cancel our insurance and not even warn us and we were driving for like two in a half months without insurance. But 559 insurance most definitely had our back.

Very rude and unprofessional. Called at 5 and asked to make a payment and a change to my policy and the guy that answered told me”oh all of that right before we’re about to close huh” in a very rude way and proceeds being rude, I ended up calling back another day because he was being so rude. And online says their open until 6, like why answer the phone if your not willing to help out.
