Well first of all lets start by saying I guess car salesmen and insurance agents go hand in hand, both shady dealers. I called a month ago to remove a car from my policy and now with any normal agency I would get a pro rated check back or they would apply the pro rate back to my bill. This agency works with Kemper which is a shady service to in which Ill leave a different yelp review for. So back to where they didn't pro rate me for the month and then billed me again this month for the same amount, i was not expecting this and it caused my bank to overdraft.

I dealt with seeta at All Solutions and explained, she kinda just said ya ya ya I agree I will look into and call you back. She couldn't even call me back she emailed me because she couldn't feed me the bs over the phone, I dont know. They caused my bank to overdraft and put the blame on Kemper which they represent as an agent. So she passed the buck and basicly said you have to deal with it with them. Here let me put you on a 3 way and you can ask the same questions that you asked me your broker because I am trying to stay out of it. Well they are my broker and I should be made to fight for myself when I signed up with them. All in all I will be dealing with it legally unfortunately and now I have to report them to the BBB for unfair business practices. I have to do all this because they were unwilling to fight for me.

Moral of the story is you should choose another Insurance Agency if you don't want this headache in the future.

So the owners in an attempt to scare me into removing my negative review post my personal details about me like the cars I drive. That is absurd and I am sure violates my privacy in some form as that was personal information I shared with them, it shows the level of professionalism on their part, and I will sure to pass it by my lawyer and the BBB.
