I signed up with Rod Mercado debt relief peogram last July 2020 and the problem is they don’t communicate very well and very often to update my account. If i call them its always their voice message and i cant even leave a message because it keeps saying mailbox is full.
I email them but it takes so long for them to email me back. They told me i have to pay this certain amount and they will take care of all my debts but they lied to me. I had to pay extra to settle another debt. I am paying them so much since August 2020 but they have not settle all my debts.
