This insurance agency has gone down hill since Tony Salazar turned it over to Alexis Felix Quintero. The customer service and advisory is awful. They are not proactive in taking care of their customers. They take weeks to respond to inquiries. I would not recommend working with this agency.

I'm not sure why I am still with Allstate. My experience has been agonizing. No communication with my insurance agents about remodeling I've done. The one time (in 23 years!) I made a claim it was dismissed... I should really look for a more caring insurance company and agency

Can't say enough about this office and their wonderful staff. Jack there, has provided excellent support for many many years. When new issues arise or I don't understand a process, he happily roles up his sleaves, explains everything clearly and works with the customer to make sure they get the best possible insurance service. Highest praise and highly recommended!

Allstate refused to renew my homeowners insurance, like other companies are doing in California. But they could have given some human touch to the process. I was notified in a letter and none of my calls were ever returned. I had been a customer for about 30 years. It's a sad way to do business. Very disappointing.
