I have been with this State Farm agency since 2017 for my rental insurance, and since 2020 for my anuto insurance. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Ben, my agent, and Philip, the account manager, have always been there to support me and help me through any situation.
As someone whose first language is not English, I felt particularly anxious and unsettled when I recently experienced my first-ever car damage incident. However, I knew I could rely on Ben and Philip for advice, so I reached out to them. Despite his busy schedules, Ben made time to speak with me the very next afternoon and followed up with clear and helpful advice over email. Their professional support helped ease my anxiety, and I felt reassured knowing I had someone I could trust to guide me.
