Insurance went from $360 to $821 bc we cancelled our renters policy and added stepson. Wanted to remove stepson but they said “it’s a process” so we can cancelled and got a policy for $1069 for the entire 6 months. However State Farm still took my $821 on 8/25. Told me they would mail a check and I would have in 10-15 business days. Over a month later still no check and when I called to get details was told the check was mailed out in the 7th for $444. My policy renewed in the 25 and was cancelled same day so where is the other $377? Emailed local office Tuesday (Lamar Hodge), said they would check and let me know…nothing..rent was due 2 days after they took the $821 last month and due again in 2 days and still bo refund.

If you can avoid them, DO SO!!! Horrible communication with this business. They tried to blame all of the problems I had with them on corporate even though I spoke to LAMAR HODGE HIMSELF!! They really dropped the ball and I will never work with them again. I’ll probably work with State Farm again, but I’ll never work with Lamar Hodge and his associates again. Please avoid them if you can, or enjoy hell.‍♀️
