Diligent Financial was a terrible company to work with, completely unprofessional and misleading. When I first reached out, they were responsive for about a week, making big promises about improving my credit if I stayed patient. However, after a month, their responses became extremely slow. They assigned me an agent, Ricardo Cordova, who was unprofessional, ignored my messages, and took forever to answer basic questions. At one point, it took over 24 hours just to hear from another agent.

After reviewing the dispute letters they sent over seven months, I realized they were repetitive and poorly written, doing the bare minimum to actually remove anything from my credit report. It became clear they were dragging out their services just to keep charging me $174 per month.

When I finally called them out on it and said I was canceling my membership, they deleted my account without warning and didn’t even respond professionally to confirm the cancellation. This company pushes a false agenda and takes advantage of people trying to fix their credit. I wish I had done more research before signing up, but now I know better.

I’m so disappointed that I had to get a lawyer involved, companies like this need to be held accountable. Avoid them at all costs!!

I've had nothing but a great experience with the team at Diligent Financial Group. I'm very grateful for them fixing all my mistakes on my credit profile from removing collections, to late payments. My credit score has gone up dramatically from all their help / work. I HIGHLY recommend them to any and everyone who is trying to fix their credit profile. Thank you again for all you do.

The worst credit repair company ever. I fell on their fake instagram videos, how he can fight collection agencies etc. it’s all fake, go anywhere else , even Lexington law will give you better results after 1 year. With these guys i did not receive any bad account removal. They are just ripping people off for the money. Another thing, before you sign up for their service, you can reach them anytime, after they start taking money from you, forget about it. They are MIA, no response at all.

Awful experience with this company. Would never recommend

Service felt generic and not tailored to the customer. I could tell the initial status/what needs help call went to no use and felt as though they just attacked everything on my credit and not what was specifically asked for. OK fine...if anything was done, but no. I had fairly decent/above average credit at the time ( 715 ish ) and wanted very minor items removed and was told they not only that they could be but would be very easy and nothing to worry about. 6 months later nothing. Whenever I called and asked a question it felt as though they would give me just enough information to get me off the phone as sometimes they would eat in my ear. Everything was surface level unless I pried for information.

Example: Asking a waiter - What can I put on the burger to make it better and the waiter says beef and cheese. Then when you complain the waiter says you could of got lettuce, tomato, onions and the works.

The same method of just sending a dispute letter was tried for 5 months. After complaining at this point and $600 later I find out other options/information was available for my situation, and the best part is it should/could of been done month 1 to help the situation. But because I didn't send 1 document asked for in the bombardment of first sign up it could not be done, so it was never mentioned or asked for until I complained 6 months later.

The kicker is I was told the document was for " Data Suppression " not a Security Freeze 1 week before closing on my house! Boy was I thrilled to receive a Security Freeze Confirmation 6 days from closing :). Didn't pry good enough information from them I guess.
