I would like to wholeheartedly give my gratitude to Sabrina, who directed me to a wonderful agent, Alejandra, aka Alex. Alex had helped me find the BEST health insurance to best suit my senior parents medical needs, and I cannot thank her enough! As we all know, Medicare and Medicaid can be complicated, she is extremely knowledgeable, and she saved me a headache! She had been working with me after COVID for three+ years now, and I received an outstanding experience each time out of my FIRST insurance broker ever! Mario and Alejandra where great they have a way to explain things that makes it easy to understand, answered any and all questions . We didn’t feel pressured to buying anything. I like the fact that they will still be looking out for you and your interests , after you leave the office and sign any documents. Great people highly recommend this company .
