I wouldn't recommend. I sent a message to the realtor as an interested party, and my fiance did as well. The realtor only responded to her. We went to see a sub par house that was not ready. Problems we were told were acceptable electrical outlets aged with ark marks and discoloration on the outlets and plastic coverings over the electrical wires to wall switches. Kitchen had custom countertop witch did not have a stove or allow a normal stove. Backyard wooden fence falling into the yard of the house we were looking at. The outdated heater had clogged ventilation panels and a loose electrical on off switch. Then, the realtor claimed it would be first and last months rent and $5k deposit.

Nicco peng showed my family a house I've called her and left more than 4 voicemail as well as my family members and nothing
We were trying to pay for the background check and move forward quickly with the process but alas we wasted a good 2 weeks waiting on someone to call us back email us back text us back letting us know anything even if it was to say the house was rented / sold but nothing.

Not the greatest. Apartment had a pitbull loose and attacking people yet nothing done about it. Had to move out to protect my family.
