The staff here is very friendly and professional. My family and relative's car insurance is bought here. Their service is very good and the price of the insurance is good. I also introduced my friend here to buy insurance recently, and my friend was very satisfied with their service. the best thing is that they open 7 days a week and the staff can speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese!

We welcome all to get a quote and in order to get a quote, we need information, therefore we will be asking a lot of questions to get an accurate quote. Depending on the type of quote and work load, we do need 2-3 hours to inspect/gather information for the quote. We always try to be helpful and nice by not luring a customer in, since you mentioned you are concerned about price and if we could beat your price. Please understand, we personally do not make up prices and we won't know the price until it is inputted into the system. Please do not use lies and mean words to put any one down especially when it is untrue.

I talked to her & ask her for a quote to buy Pty Ins. but after she asked me a lot of questions, told me it will take her 2 to 3 hrs to get the quotes only if I am intending to buy from her she will get the quotes if I'm undecided or shopping then she will NOT get it. Very Bad Business Service. (- 3 Negative stars)

Went in to ask questions about my auto insurance policy. Was met with rude employees, as well as told i was lying about having a policy and that i was a liar. Go away, dont come back ever. We only deal with our people. RUDE
