I went to Option's Insurance Services from a recommendation from a friend. At first I held my resevation because most insurance places treat you like a number but not with Options. They treated you like a friend. They looked out for your best interest instead of pushing things that you don't need. I am super picky about who I work with but definitely Option's Insurance has won me over. I highly recommend giving them a shot.

I found Options through Google/Yelp. Initially, Carol provided a few quotes for me a few years ago, but I ended up keeping my original provider. A couple years later, I reached back out to Carol to check prices on new quotes. I needed the policy instated as soon as possible and she was able to answer all of my questions and set up the policy within a few days!

Making a Live Scan appointment was very easy. I contacted them through their online form, and they reached out to me to set up an appointment.

When I arrived, they immediately took me in and begin processing my Live Scan. They assisted me with producing all the required fingerprints.

Answered all my follow up questions and I was out very shortly. Would definitely recommend this place if you are in need of a Live Scan.

If you are shopping for insurance in the meantime, don't be afraid to inquire about their offered services.

This place is very professional and fast I came to do my live scan prices are very reasonable and Carol & Hennecci are very Professional,Outgoing and willing to help you out any way they can. Walk ins are welcome so that's a big plus for me I will definitely come back here and recommend it to my friends.

I was their first appointment this morning at 9am and came to this place for their live scan services. The office was very clean and organized, the ambience was actually welcoming. This was my first time going through this process so it felt a little intimidating since I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was greeted and helped by Lizette who was very friendly and accommodating! The actual process was extremely easy with her guidance and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. She made sure to give me a copy of my receipt and also sent me a text message later in the day with the details of how to track the status of my live scan. So helpful!! Thank you so much! 🙂

Call at 9 am today and was able to go get live scan service right away, same day appointment at 9:15 am. The place is clean and provide excellent service. The prices is $52, very reasonable compared with other places $72. Highly recommended.

Went here to do my livescan for employment. The business was very clean and inviting. I was greeted and helped by Henneci. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable. The fingerprinting process was easy, and I was in out within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend.

I found this place while searching for the highest rated notary office in the area on Yelp. Once again Yelp didn’t let me down.

All the 5 star ratings were accurate. Henry and Carol were super courteous and had the highest level of professionalism. The office was clean and open and didn’t have the clutter filled feeling you would see at most insurance/notary offices in the SGV.

This will be my go to place for all my future insurance, live scan and notary needs.
