This is a third party provider that I never worry about whether the job is done correctly. They are highly organized, their systems are vetted before they roll them out, and the whole team works in sync. We have used Allpointe for a decade now, and I can't think of a single mistake. Allpointe has provided consistent excellent service throughout.
Allpointe knows their business. The company has great employee retention and it shows in their staff knowledge base. The team is very personable and accessible, with employees responding same day, often same hour to my emails. I especially appreciate their comprehensive services with user-friendly admin software, ease of employee on-boarding, legal compliance, and their direct support to employees and employee families. I just don't worry about whether I've missed anything with Allpointe.
