I have been with State Farm for 40 years. Why? Because I have had great agents like Christy Brott in Texas as well as in Missouri and Illinois. Automobile, renters and home owners insurance! Everyone at Christy's office is friendly, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I have never had an issue with questions or claims. I love the annual review where I can stay up to date with insurance coverages and changes. I also love the discounts available for safe driving, having insurance for car and home and f or taking a safe driving course or buying hail resistant shingles. Yes, you can probably find a lower rate but be careful because you get what you pay for and when you have a claim is not the time to find out the difference in coverages and companies.
