Excellent customer service for an umbrella policy. I contacted Riskguard via email and they got back to me in a couple of hours. We sent a half dozen emails back and forth clarifying details. Kelson provided quotes for 2 different companies and I purchased my policy that day. I had contacted many agents previously and most never got back to me. The ones that did were more expensive or only offered umbrella coverage to existing customers. I'll recommend Riskguard and Kelson for purchasing umbrella insurance to anyone who asks! Thank you!

Riskguard is a one stop shop for all your insurance needs. They are a family owned company whom I've known for years. Kelson helped me find a great rate on auto and homeowners insurance and helped explain all the different types of coverages. I worked with Irene on life insurance. She took the time to come over to my home and presented different options and help us decide on a coverage that made the best sense for our family. This place caused me to drive without insurance for two months My car registration was due. I sent in my payment, but the DMV said they had no proof of insurance. I checked my card and, sure enough, it had expired months before. When I called Riskguard Insurance Solutions, they said they had sent me a renewal notice, but never heard from me. This is a lie. I never received a notice from them. Irene Herman never returned my calls. I was polite on the phone with her associates. That got me nowhere. They have behaved recklessly and irresponsibly. I am glad to have the opportunity to publicly shame these people. If you are driving uninsured (which is against the law), that's your tough luck. Your insurance agent doesn't care if you are with Riskguard Insurance Solutions.
