Customer service has been awful. We have been trying to get two of our policies canceled because we no longer need them.
We called multiple times from Dec27 to today (Jan-31) and left several messages.
I even called the insurance company directly and had them turn off automatic billing, so I would stop getting charged. This is p!ss poor customer service at best! This review would have never happened if they would have atleast returned a phone call.

Honestly I do not know where to begin. Zack has not only been a life long friend of mine, but even a better insurance agent. I was troubled with what some would call absolute nightmares, seeing that my car was not only in a hail storm, but stolen as well.
