Worst service. The lady that answers the phone the rudest person ever. Lucy was helpful towards the end of process after misplacing my paperwork. One thing that did catch my attention was how they were trying to charge me nearly 200 for dmv fees but when I went to the dmv previously they said all my fee were taken care of . I asked her to just give me my paperwork and ill head to the dmv myself again and she was able to magically remove the fee. That she prior said she couldn't remove because it was coming from the dmv.
