I've been coming here for some years now, and it's always the same problem.... Having an appointment is worthless. My appointment time was at 10:30a... I'm still here waiting to be seen 2 and a half hours later. I understand it's busy and they have a lot of clientele but what's the point of making an appointment if they're not going to honor it? And then they're offering me to leave my paperwork and they'll do an extension? What about the 2.5 hours (and counting) that I've waited? Also, why are the last 2 tax preparers I've had the past few years not work here anymore?

Update: I'm not Filipino but I understand some words: they just took in someone with an appointment at 12p before me.

Update 2: My appointment was with Liberty and now they're putting me with someone else and they're putting someone that arrived after me with Liberty. And their reasoning? Because their taxes are going to take longer, so that means that me as a client do not mean anything to them.

This place is a diamond in the rough! I am glad I went with Liberty and her family. I haven’t filled in 2 years which was my fault. They helped me so much with my 2020 and 2021 taxes and even had a video conference late at night just to accommodate me. True experts in their field and honest. Great service at reasonable price..

Requested a copy of my tax return and the owner or manager was charging $60. First because she had to look for it in their system and print it and then send it. So the charge was mainly about the paper and ink charge. But I requested it to just be emailed to me and still she wanted to charge me $60. The person that would do my taxes there was really nice but for some reason she no longer works there. But I will continue to do my taxes with my tax lady in her new location.

I was their royal client for more than 5 year. However, they just called me and accusingly told that my bank check was bounce because bank account was closed.
I totally forgot about it and thought I used another bank check. I normally use a check any more, but always have one copy with me just in case at hand.
I just kept the wrong one! You know, this was not intentional.
I agree with paying by credit card, of course.

However, the daughter of the owner said they will charge double fee due to commercial bank which I cannot totally agree with.
I feel that this is not fair to be charged double amount.
My original amount was $190. Now, they claim and charge $380 by saying this is legal and posted the notice at the office.
Even they posted, I didn't recognize that part. If so, I totally didn't agree by a check.
I was informed that they will charge extra $2 for a credit card payment, and decide to pay a check.
That was my mistake.
I claimed to consumer affair because I don't think this is fair to charge double amount by law although they said this is legal.

In addition, their way to treat a royal customer was very bad and rude.
Only one time mistake for a bounce check, they treated me as a felony.
This was their first call to inform about it, then they mentioned this is a collection.
They were totally not patient by us not pay any penny. Their mind was only $$$$.
They didn't care about their clients at all.

I insisted to talk to the owner, Ms. Pascual.
I expected a bit better behavior from her because the daughter said they are in business for 40 years.
However, her way to take care of their clients are the same as her.
I was totally disappointed and of course no longer use their services.
No wonder, even just before the Tax date, there were no many people in the office.
I recommend not to use their services for sure.

Extremely difficult to reach over phone. I called multiple times on multiple days -- every time they were either out of office or went home early ( at 2pm the Friday before 4/15...really?). Emails were extremely vague with no instruction whatsoever. I had to contact them multiple times to correct information on my tax form and wasn't even notified by them that I needed to sign extra documents until I found out this information from another person. I would not recommend this place and am planning to find another service next year instead.

We were loyal customers with the Pascuals for many years, until my hubby and I experienced rude and punitive remarks during tax filing. No one answers in the office and it was a challenge making appointments.
